No returns after 10 days on in-stock merchandise ONLY. See sales associate for details on all special orders.
No returns without original sales slip.
Any returns that were originally made by cash or check over $25.00 will receive a check refund by mail, may take up to two weeks.
20% cancellation fee after 10 days on any in-stock unfinished and finished furniture order.
50% cancellation fee on any special order.
20% deposit required on our 60 day lay-a-ways. After 10 days, 20% cancellation fee, remainder becomes a store credit.
Special order furniture and custom finished furniture are non-returnable/non-refundable.
ALL items marked discontinued, “as is,” clearance, and seasonal items are final sales.
